How “Tatneft” company changes the look of the oil capital

Our newspaper wrote several times about a huge work held by “Tatneft” company in realization of a project of a Public-cultural center as well as creating comfort accessible public space, creating an ecosystem in Almetyevsk and the region. Day by day we notice how the look of public space between the headquarter of the company and public center. We can point out that the initiator of these changes is CEO of the company Nail Maganov. He personally studied several variants of the project at the meetings of the city planning committee with a great interest, thoroughly choosing the best option. Finally, there was made a decision to choose a concept of architectural studio Arcanika (Moscow).

According to the latest world tendencies
“Administration of “Tatneft” put a goal not only to create a public cultural center, but to unite different functions of buildings in one space – create an all-over-city center of cultural activity, a favorite place of citizens”, - said the head of an architectural studio “Arcanika” Nikita Vykhodtsev.

According to his words, a new concept of a landscape design of the park, created around the Public center and the “Tatneft” headquarters. This concept corresponds to the latest world tendencies of the quality of realization of the landscape.

First in the country
A building of the Public center will include an exhibitional space (museum) with area about 750 sq m, an interactive technological- scientifical center with area about 1300 sq m, a center of additional education, a multifunctional transformable hall with 294 seats for concerts, movies, conferences and different public occasions, and a family restaurant.

Before the start of the construction, a big organizational work was held, including studying both Russian and international experience, choosing from contractors and options of realization. Even today we can say with confidence that a future public center will become the first in its kind in our country.

Owing to the initiatives, realized by “Tatneft”, Almetyevsk becomes not only oil, but a cultural capital, a center of attraction of the south-east of Tatrstan.
